It looks like it's in great condition.
At least there are plenty of both around so you should be able to pick up an Italian version sooner or later.

If you're going for the various countries and their uncommon versions then you might want to have a squiz at at book called Inter Allied Victory Medals of World War One by Laslo. It's very expensive but probably worthwhile.

I'd have said either Siam or Cuba but then had a quick look online and found a site selling two of each W.W.I. Allied Victory Medals :: World Medals and Decorations :: Liverpool Medals Ltd :: World Military Medals :: Medals for Sale As the official Siam VM is priced far higher than the official Cuba VM I'll agree with Jim.
