I have a pair of the shin guards, and I've seen one other set for sale. I know there is a heavy breastplate in a collection somewhere in the UK. Advance Guard Militaria had a set of the light armor years ago. I've also seen two sets of the jazeran armor up for sale.

Interesting thread guys, personally I think the postwar experimental Helmets are just as elusive and rare birds to locate,if any at all.

Wow lucky you. Where on earth did you find those? I've never seen any in a museum in the UK let alone for sale. And of course how do you place a value on an item that's so rare.
I'd love to see some pics of those shin guards on the forum.

    Hi Jake
Thanks. Yeah it's all rare stuff. I'm not well up with any of the post war/inter war stuff tbh. Ww1 is my bag really. But yeah any experimental equipment is of great historical interest.
