    Default WW1 kepi??

Here is a cap I found in the bottom of a duffel bag. The condition is as you see it. It has a replaced bill and stitching to keep the horizontal trim in place. It is missing the sweatband and probably chinstrap and side buttons. I believe it to be French or Beligium and from WW1 or before.
    Any info would be appreciated.Thanks
