Article about: By the way the DSC, on Thom's medal, refers to the Divisional Signal Company in the context of South African forces.

That's a great collection! I'm working one the same, I have 5 countries so far.

Looks good and I know that some of the countries versions are very rare.
I only have three, all to Welsh regiments, and a mini on a Mons star trio.

Jerry
Whatever
its just an opinion.

I think the bottom photo is a Canadian Victory Medal, can you list the name number and unit here please, If it is I can get you info on the Soldier that was awarded it.

Thank you, however I do not need better photos, just the info on the bottom of the Medal. As the Canadian "sign up" papers are on line. if the Medal is Canadian, then I should have the info in under a Min..we are now putting full WW1 Records on line, but that will take sometime..also several WW1 Official War Diaries are on line..however, far fewer than Battns and Units that Served are there, perhaps some are lost to History, or ( hopefully) others are lost in the archives.
I will do all I can to help you with info on any WW1 Canadian Named Medal..and that goes out to anyone else that has one.
Take Care

The other two are:
Great Britain
M-354048 PTE. E.GREGORY A.S.C.
SOUTH AFRICAN
W.F.THOM D.S.C.
