WWII US Military coat Authentic?

Article about: Hello I would really like to know if this coat is authentic. I am thinking about buying it and I don't know if is authentic or not. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank-You

    more info on your top, the overseas patch(right arm and the unit the wearer's unit is attached to) is the Military Advisory Command "MAC-V" on the left the wearers organic unit is the 50 armored division patch, it has the rank of an E-6 Staff Sergeant on both sleeves, for ribbons from left to right it has, good conduct medal(Army), national defense service ribbon, and the Vietnam service ribbon, and the two little yellow stripes on the lower left sleeve are six month overseas deployment stripes.
