No evidence of any decals ever being applied. Split pins are intact with washers, no signs of being tampered with, removed, etc. Liner shows wear and a nice dark color, but is solid and fairly supple, except near where it bends around the liner band. That area is a little dry and stiff, but intact. Mix of black and green paint on the liner leather and liner bands. Drawstring present and a great, mostly clear late war ET dome stamp. Just needs a well worn chinstrap to complete the look.
