Complete, unmessed with example. Liner is dry with some nibbles from a mouse. Strap is complete and uncut, maker marked. head band rivets are tight, and have never been tampered with. Aluminum headband and strap buckles are correct for this earlier constructed helmet. 4 decals on this re-issued helmet.
