I would recommend Wehrmacht Awards Forum's Estand as WAF has a large membership and the Estand is very active. I am also a member of German Helmet Wahalla and while it is a smaller forum, it is really outstanding. Maybe not so much for its classifieds, but only due to the smaller membership. Otherwise that forum is extremely high quality.
