Looks like "K O" to me, which would be for the maker Koenigliches Muenzamt Abteilung Orden, Stuttgart. But let's wait and see what younger eyes than mine make of it!

To me it looks like L/11, but can't really confirm it's a Deumer since we don't have any photos showing the entire cross.

I see the first (1), so it does look like (11). I guess what is throwing me off is that the (1) is really fat, compared to the picture from Ralph. I don't have it in hand, so I can't really look. The seller is really unsure about the number or maker. If it is a Deumer, I'm good with that. I have a Black Wound Badge, L/11, so it would be a nice maker collection.
