Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse C.E. Juncker with L/12 on the Frame

I have come across an online seller that has two C.E. Juncker Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse with the "L/12" stamped on the frame. One looks to be the Crunch Bead frame. The other, the Common frame. I am wondering which of the two is rarer. Thanks. Ron
