It looks like a lovely original by Wilhelm Deumer to me.

Hello & thanks for the comments, made a case for it, prefer the round wood they where out of though last time I was there, the case, wood, stand can all be bought @ Michaels stores, but with the plague around wont be back there in a while, lo.
