My initial thought is that this EKII is an unmarked Deumer, i.e. maker number '3' (Wilhelm Deumer, Ludenscheld). Wait for more replies to confirm this though Jim, as Adrian and Nick should hopefully see this thread soon and both of those guys are excellent at recognising the EK makers.

Carl
I thought it might be a Souval based on the 'crows feet' frame?
Hi Jim
Its a Meybauer IMO.
The inner corners rule out a Deumer or a Souval as they are much more rounded.
Adrian will confirm, he is the main man !

Sir, you are FAR too modest. Not that I am questioning Adrian's expertise in this area mind, you two could write a book. I concentrated on the date too much, and having looked at the inner frame I now see where I went wrong. Funny, because I also looked at a Meybauer...albeit a very salty one!

Carl
Thank you Glenn, Carl and Nick for your prompt reply's. I will pass this information on. Jim
The dates aren't by Meybauer, it's a '52' or '55' in my opinion. I would like to see a closer pic of the dates though.

Adrian...are these pic's good enough? Thanks Jim
Much better, thanks Jim, can you also get any shots of the inner corners next to the swastika as well please?
