That I believe is a Floch. Look at the "3" in 1813?

Better close up pics of the obverse beading at the inner corners to the hakenkreuz would help.
Also the numbers on both sides.

Although I don't claim to be an expert I believe I can see at least two areas of the ribbing that raise concern. As circled in red in the below image I think I can see points where the ribbing overlaps which from what I have read is indicative of a Floch reproduction.

Additionally in blue I believe I see another two areas where the inner corners appear rounded and again from my research this can be indicative of the dies Floch used.

Is the '1939' set a little low also?

It would certainly help to have clearer closeup shots of these areas.

As always, I stand to be corrected.

Thank you for your comments. I raised this cross for discussion as I am certain this is a Floch produced EK2.
Clearer photos would help but I'm sure I can see the similarities from the images provided.
