Just got this one, marked '60' on the ring for Katz & Deyhle, Pforzheim. This one has a non-magnetic core, the first non-magnetic in my collection.

Hi Roger,
It looks more like a Juncker to me.
Regards
Thank you!!!
Actually, nothing to be sorry about. I still needed a Juncker anyway. The cross was described as having a Juncker frame with S&L core, but the stamping on the ring was misleading. I notice also that your '60' does not have the little 'hump' to attach the suspension ring, which this one does. I appreciate the knowledge you have and your willingness to share it!
Thanks again!!
Roger,
That's good news that you had been looking for a Juncker, as I thought you had purchased the cross intentionally as a marked K&D.
It is an awful lot easier to find a Juncker than to find a (correctly) marked '60'!!
Regards - Danny
I am DESPERATELY seeking a marked 60, I only have two unmarked K&D's
Congrats on your Juncker Roger

Thanks, Nick. If YOU are still looking for a marked '60' they must be scarce as hen's teeth. I thought you had all the crosses the Russians didn't take home with them.
Both my Katz & Deyhle crosses are magnetic, below is the correct incuse style makers mark for this manufacturer.
Although the makers mark is completely wrong, I believe the ring on your cross Roger is a replacement looking at the break in it, it looks like it is a section of wire snipped with wire cutters or pliers judging by the pointed wedge shaped ends.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
Nick,
This is in the classified and marked 66!
