Guys this cross appears to have never been assembled; measures 44mm. Thought you'd like to have a look. Regards, Hal

An unfinished EK2 now you don't see the like very often. Thanks for showing. Stewy S
And a 'Round 3' at that!
It's a pity someone soldered the core half into the frame.
I hadn't realised that these were 2 part cores at all. Thanks for this information!
Do you know how thick the core is?, as the other half of the core (with the 1813 date) is missing, I would imagine they are very thin. Interesting aswell to note that they are not stamped but solid core halves.
Very interesting to see the extra unfinished area around the hump too!
I would love to have that in my collection. Thanks again for showing it.
Regards - Danny
Very interesting cross! May I ask you where did you get this one?
regards Pepe
With this core only having an obverse, would it not stand to reason that it was meant for an EK1? Any cores I have seen for the EK2 have all been single pieces with the stampings on both sides.

Wow never seen one like that. Great unfinished cross! may I ask were you found this piece.
Guys thanks for your comments. In answer to your question; this is one of the souvenirs brought back by my uncle at the end of WWII. Best Regards, Hal
