I think fake. It looks like a Floch. The dates are distinctive.

Yes. It is a product of the famous post-war manufacturer of Nazi memorabilia, J. Floch. But this one is additionally marked with the number "5".

The issue bag is also a fake. Usually accompanied by a 333 marked cross, strange colour, distinctive designation, no maker on the back side, and fooling people since the '80s / '90s.
Still offered as original by a lot of big dealers.
