Josh can you please post some photos of the RK you own ?
K&Q did produce RKs during wartime but also went on to produce them post war as well. But as Paul stated, photos are needed.
The production of K & Q RK's took place during the wartime period !!
Plus also post war K and Q Rk's were produced by the original manufacturer not in the US !! The post war RK's are open to a number of possibilities , such as the 1957 version was made from the original dies replacing the Swastika core with the 57 version , certainly it looks like the original frames / loops were used in post war production as the 57 display both the 12 o clock floor and the stepped 800 although the core was usually copper not iron.
There is the possibilty that the company continued to make the original cross post war but again not in the US.
Do you believe yours to be wartime /post war or is it a 57 ?
Still waiting for more photos and input here Josh !!!!
