Ritterkreuz original?

Hi all and merry Christmas
A friend asked me for help to identify if the Ritterkreuz is original or fake.
The Ritterkreuz is from his own grandpa and in the family as long as he can remember.
I hope the photos are good enough. If you need better or more detailed photos please ask for it.

That is not an original RK. The uneven frame, soft details, dates. I can't tell if it's made in three pieces, it looks like it's made in one piece. The quality is just not there.
The ribbon looks OK though.

I agree with Adrian. The workmanship is abysmal and it is probably a one-piece casting.
