I'm currently sorting out a bag of odd badges some fake some real and this wiederholungsspange zum eisener kreuz 1. Klasse clasp was in there and im not sure?? It looks good but if its genuine im not sure? Also did I get the correct german terminology?

This one is a fake.
It is trying to be a B.H. Mayer, but it is incorrect.
You can compare to my example here.
1939 Spange zum Eisernen Kreuzes 1er Klasse 1914, B.H. Mayer, No Veins.

It's a decent attempt at the Mayer too, here is mine.

But once studied, you can see that they are not the same.

And certainly not as blingy as Ralphs
