Thanks for the photographs and information Adrian. Interesting that they allow people to walk that close to the old walls. I'm sure a fair number of those bricks end up in collections every year. Twenty years from now, they'll be selling on E-bay for hundreds of dollars.

Jay, to be honest I did think the same thing however it would take quite a bit of work to remove a brick as they are fairly well secured and not at all easy to just pick up.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

Great minds think alike Adrian. Four bricks would make nice coasters to set your cold beer on. Plus, they would make one heck of a conversation piece.
