    I dont know if its just me, but it seems appropriate that these calvaries are made from remains of the implements of war.

    These crosses were done right after the war.
    Then there were no "ordinary" materials, so people were used gun barrels, ammo schells etc.

    Rather than a shortage of materials after the war,(there had to be tons of brick and scrap lumber) Some brain child thought of doing those. A bit too artistic and plus the extra work involved. Heavy stuff and to disassemble etc. It would be great to know it's origin. Super crosses though.
