I would say it was a blouse worn post war given the date to the blouse.
The para wings with the slanted stitches which form the feathers are a post war manufacture trait.

It also has 1943 dated pants
It is possible.
Always a little wary of late war dated Canadian made BD as a lot used to be found in unissued condition many years ago and as a result were prime candidates for badging up.
