I looked through "Parachute Badges and Insignia of the World" Bragg&Turner 1979 , and couldn't find a match .
The bottoms are usually flat on British issue examples .
The shape of the khaki base bears some resmblance to Indian made types but it isn't one of those.
Not an issue piece I think but one of the many commercial patterns sold in military tailors shops etc such as the famous and long since defunct "Victors of Aldershot" (happy days!!)

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing he cares more about than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature with no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."
Look to be poor copies or fakes IMO Badly made and the lump on the base is often seen on fakes.
