Dads shadow box

Hi , first post . I built this shadow box from bring backs of my Dad service. I saved all his ribbons and awards all these years . Covid lock down got me going on his service history of which I knew nothing. His records were lost in the 1973 fires . I am piecing it back slowly but surely .
The uniform was not his and I reconstructed it as best I could . I do have one picture of his from 1945 . hope you like it . Please commit if I have done something terribly wrong .

Great display to honor your father's service. You have done a wonderful job.

I also like that you added his Boy Scout decorations. As an Eagle Scout myself it is nice to see his youth awards as well as his Silver Beaver award for later serving in the Boy Scouts.

thank you Smitty . Scouting save his life during the war as well as other soldiers . He went on to become a doctor after his service. Scouting was a big part of that .
