GQ parachute trial bag ,chute ..no idea ..dated 1944 ???

If anyone can shed light on this one i would appreciate it !! ..small bag chute ?? with label dated 1944 and wax seal on cloth . stamped with GQ info etc

It is a sealed pattern for the bag, all military purchases are manufactured from the sealed pattern, a number of which would exist and would be lent to the makers, then returned to the mod. These would exist for all items, I have one for a cap and they exist for everything from shoelaces to complete uniforms and everything else
