I have had this Bf109 late E / Early F main wheel for many years and it now needs a new home but I have no idea of a value.

My suggestion is list it on ebay, you will find out value pretty quick.

Same here , Its a nice wheel , but its not a Battle of Britain relic
They ran 650 x 150 tyres on E/ F also G1/2 variants .
From March 42 all the G types ran 660 x 160 tyres
From July 44 the K type ran 660 x 190 tyres

I will do some homework on the serial number and tyre hopefully come up with an answer.
I love a good mystery and that tyre looks unused btw

I must admit I was never aware of G or K planes using these early hubs.
