    Default German tail wheel?

    Hi guys, got a small wheel, what do you think it is? Probably too small for an aircraft tail wheel, so maybe from a FJ drop container or some airfield wheeled machinery? The tyre is Continental 210x65, also marked K3. The only marking that I see in the metal is XIII b/1. So, what do you think it is? Thank you!
