To me all the main recognition features such as; wing shape, tail shape, engine position and nose shape plus things like obvious turret and gun positions seem quite similar in both types. I admit I am struggling to tell the difference without scale references.
Maybe the origin and age of the model might help as the two aircraft have different timelines and roles?

I must admit it looks more like it.
It is just that my model has like a crest on the top, between the cockpit and the line of the wings.
Not sure if that detail does matter....

I had some recognition journals as a kid but never encountered a model.
