The one with the Puppy or kitten is Oberfeldwebel Ernst Süss, and the one on the right is Oberleutnant Alfred Grislawski.
The picture should be from September 1943 in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim, and the Messerschmitt is Grslawski´s G-6.
