I think it's unknown maker #14 but difficult to tell from the pics. Stewy
It's a very nice original zinc badge by a so far unknown maker, although on a couple of separate occasions it has been found in maker marked envelope stating "Metall- und Kunstharzwerk GmbH Komotau / Sudetengau" which is interesting, and hopefully may lead to a positive I.D. someday.
The design is unique and massive compared to other examples, weighing in at a hefty 35-36g. The whole badge exudes a quality above many others in it's strong appearance and artistic appeal. It's considered to be a rare badge, and this point, plus the others mentioned all adds up to a very desirable piece. Good luck in securing it if you can.

Thanks for the help, it is still not mine, I want to buy it and so I asked if it was original or replica, sell me for 70 £ will it be good business?
