It does appear to be a Rudolph Karneth hollow type badge, but with the low resolution, angled pictures I cannot compare fine details to be certain.

GAB is a fake based on the RK design and the packet is a scroll fake im afraid.

I do notice that the details, especially on the wreath, are very "soft", so to speak...But I can understand how folks would be fooled by such an example as the reverse hardware is quite convincing...
