Hi everyone, I have here a hollow general assault badge with a replaced or possibly reattached catch.

Based on the features of the eagle and the hinge I am leaning toward calling this a B.H. Mayer produced badge.

Please let me know if you agree or if I have it wrong.

Can't say if the catch is replaced/reattached or not but overall the badge looks like a good B.H Mayer to me.

Catch is re-attached, IMO.
The solder is "lumpy", and the heat has caused damage to the front.
