I believe this to be an original badge (53mm x 42mm), there is a capital 'W' , top left near the pin hinge on the reverse. Is this the mark of Karl Wurster? Sadly the hook is missing, any further opinions would be much appreciated.

Looks good to me ( 1.17.2 in Mr. Heukemes book ) . Too bad about the catch . Here is mine to compare . Mine seems to have more bubbling on the obverse than yours .
