I think it's original ground dug Juncker.
Looks like it has a chance but if those are the best pictures then walk away.
A bad picture is a very good way to cover up problems and is a commonly used tool of the faker.
These are not the rarest badges and if you have to try hard to work it out you should wonder why the seller (has motivation) is asking someone to buy something so difficult to see properly?
With digital cameras in every mobile phone being of such high standards these days there is no excuse.
