I agree with Neil. Lacks the details and i see some other things that put me off aswell.

Ryuuk , I looked through Franks book and found this badge that fairly matches with OP's ( rounded feathers , catch opens on the left , wide wreath and access flashing around beak ) . Is this the one you have in mind ? If not can you please advise as to which badge it can be associated with ? Thanks
