DDR or Wehrmacht tent peg
Morning.
Third one of these I’ve found. I searched the net and found these being sold as Wehrmacht tent pegs for observation posts. My girlfriend, who’s East German, recognised them from growing up. Anyone have an idea whether they are wartime or post war? Thanks

I don't know how many variations there are but here's my DDR set.

It’s similar to a post war Austrian pegs I have, I believe German WWll pegs where cast aluminum and marked.
Hello, not all german pegs where marked and aluminum, I’ve seen also other material pegs. Raul

Looks look a peg used with camo nets to me ,I have found quite a few of these in Lapland and were used by the Germans there in ww2

Not exclusively: the standard variant was also sometimes made of steel or wood. Here's some great reference material. I also believe yeti's example is an original wartime-made peg - just not the well-known Zeltbahn model.
