Interesting that all this time in working condition, I think now in good hands to restore. But who knows, probably I'ts a Pz 38? the base is the same

Hi Dimas, I think it's a Hetzer. The front drive sprockets have a solid outer ring, on a Pz 38t drive sprockets there is a set of holes in the outer ring. Maybe because of the weight difference as the Hetzer was heavier? There is also a difference in the bottom front armour plate, this looks like it is welded which would be consistent with the Hetzer, whereas the Pz 38t was riveted construction.

Lets hope it is saved for preservation.
