Possibly from Russia, this Luftwaffe (?) piece is unknown as what type of aircraft it's from?

It measures apron 16 inches high and 28 inches wide at the maximum points..

Hello, if it is from a LW plane, you must find one Flug code. FL 10.000 for example.
No code Flug, it's not LW.
