    Not seen that before !! Amazing how well the mud had preserved the paint and markings et al

    Man that is nice if i was there i would be like that dog @ 3:01. The stug is my favorite German armored vehicle.... Stug was the backbone of the wehrmacht!

    Finding that in your field would be the pinnacle of militaria collecting. You can hang your hat on that and open a frosty brew to toast the find. I don't know how you could top that. Great video.

    This one was lucky to be top in swamp. usually sappers used to blow vehicle apart and take it to recycling. Who cares right? people need room to saw and grow stuff after the war.

    Sadly the story behind this one does not exactly have a happy ending. Recovered in 2002 near Pskov and as you can see it was still in it's original paint. Then it was left outside for several years and many parts dissappeared from it. Now it is repainted.
