    It is called a Yatagan.

    I guess it could be.
    Yatagans go back to the Ottoman Empire, so, your guess is as good as mine.
    You may have to do some searching to find out exactly what it is.

    It’s not a Yatagan as they have forward sweeping blades, this blade sweeps back.

    Here’s a British P58 Yataghan bayonet showing the forward sweep of the blade.
    I also have an Ottoman Yataghan sword, but couldn’t find the photos.

    It has the form of a Russian Shashka, used in the Russian military from the 19th century. Whether it is an authentic one, or a reproduction, is another matter.
