one of those rare bolted on cloocks set on the hull of the Graf Spee for divers to synchronize their 50m wrist watch alarms!

Slim to no chance. A piece of tarted up kitch for me. Plus the ship was burned and scuttled.

And while I have no experience in maritime hardware, there are none of the expected Kreigsmarine markings on the clock
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated

My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

No -this was one that was scavenged from the hull with a 36mm spanner by a group of 50m wrist watch collectors as late as 1946 from Australia (not sure how this got back to Argentina)! out of 4 this one is the survivor!

Certainly I can say without fear of contradiction that this is an authentic clock

Seriously, it's not even military let alone KM or from the Graf Spee

    Sorry!

Well those do exist but the originals have the Autograph of Kate Winslet and play Celine Dion "My Heart Will Go on (and on and on)" as a repeating chime

    Thank you very much boys.
The chances were slim but I still wanted an opinion.

Plus, the guys had a bit of fun on this one! So a win / win for everyone! Certainly not directed at you, but the clock! We just like to have a bit of fun with this hobby.

Exactly, and remember sometimes if you don't laugh you will cry!

BUT! It's always worth asking, occasionally the weidest thing turns out to be a rare find. Remember Eva Brauns knickers? Sorry still enjoying the humour but the point is valid!
