I've had a couple people say it is a poorly casted fake. I didn't really know what to look for or what that exactly meant but one guy showed me what he said were casting marks and explained how the Germans made their items. So I guess that means it's a post war repro...
I agree with Horst that it is original . Most repros do not have the fold out rest . I like it . Congrats ..
