Hello everyone, I'm new to this Site and I'm the owner of this statue. I only know of 3 pieces in collections and one in a museum in Munich. Here's a small display that I put together along with a couple of my Blood Orders. Best, Erich

Hi Wessel, yours was one of the pieces that I knew of and thanks for posting it. T he Blood Orders that are pictured is a 1st pattern on the left # 626 atributted to Franz Fuchs who was also a holder of the Coburg badge and GPB. The caed example is a 2nd pattern # 2793. Here's the HJ tinnie pictured which is one of my favorites.

HI Erich...we have similar tastes as I have just been successful at Manions for this Tinnie...hollow back, with mfr. name of "Wittmann, Munchen". Unfortunately the pin is missing but the style of the Tinnie is very atractive.
I have also seen a solid backed one...which is yours?

Hi Wessel, mine is the solid back version. Wittmann seems to be the only maker of these badges. David Littlejohn put forth the theory that these badges were actually an award rather than just a tinnie. I have seen a photo of a cased silver one engraved to Max Amann. Either way a great design.
