Desk Eagle #1 Verification
Hi, friends. Can anyone comment on this (cast bronze?) NSDAP eagle? The sort of rough/hand-crafted style of bronze sculpting isn't anything unusual, but I haven't often seen it applied to NSDAP eagles. It's very nice looking at 37x23cm, but I just wonder if the style, and the swastika, is too crude, though crude may not be quite the right word... I would hope it has a chance of being legitimate, as I really like it, but I'm asking for help from anyone who has seen a similar bird before. What do you think? Eagle experts?
