It is the original eagle- some peoples call him the chicken head eagle- not the weak design but the earlier design from the first of the catalogs not the later ones from HB maker....

some times its easier to call it fake , many ccollectors do is bad for the hobby, i dont own this type but there are similar in period cataloges.....shall be interesting to se hammerprice, will post it here!

I bid on this bird, as well as several other items, but in the end didn't win a single auction. Prices for some of the items in this HH auction were like nothing I've ever seen. Astronomical.

i did see parts off the auction live and was planning to bid, but i did not care when i saw other bids, crazy hammer price on many items!
