Help With Identifying a Ring Believed to be from WWII

I have a German ring which I believe is from WWII and I'm trying to identify it. Not authenticate it, just identify it so I can learn more about it. I've searched dozens of memorabilia sites and have yet to find it so any help here would be greatly appreciated.
