Henschel Flugzeug Werke medallion
Wasn't sure where to post this item for comment. One of various items that I inherited from my uncle, who obtained them while serving in Germany during the reconstruction period. Appears to be a medallion honoring industrial work. Crisp design on the obverse.

Correct, a industrial award to the Henschel plane manufacturing company on the back it states"The true socialism however is the teaching of the hardest performance of duty" Adolf Hitler quote.
