I got this at an antique dealer for 20$ US 4 years ago and would love to hear your comments on it.

I know that these would have been strung up in rows during celebrations, so there would have been many of them,

Hey Dan! thanks for replying ...its onloan to a buddy of mine right now...so the pics have to wait, I will get new ones hopefully tomorrow!

The fabric is very course and square grain.. and I will get new pics as soon as I can

the hatchet cross is folded on the corners

As previously stated, better pictues would be helpful. This appears to be a HJ bicycle pennant.
