The dagger is worth more than $250 alone so even if the knife and fork are wrong (and I'm not saying they are) you did well.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

i dont know about the silver wear
but the dagger set was well worth the money on its own

Looks like you got a super deal. The dagger looks awesome and I would try to have an expert look at that silverware. Could be worth plenty. Never know what you might find. Congradulations on your find.

Nice pickup but please for the sake of the dagger blade and before the head Administrator sees it ( Ade ) please turn the dagger around as the carrying rings need to be on the right side if looking at it with the grip eagle facing up. Like nails on a black board is a dagger put in the scabbard backwards. Regards Larry
