Article about: Guys, Not quite within boundries but I have a similar war time pattern dish somewhere. Just found it interesting that often it was 'carry on normal jogging' under new management. Jock

    Yes, sometimes it is in full ie US - Zone or abreviated to USZ.

    You can see it on a lot of the stien topf mugs and plates etc that were used in the American Mess halls but they are identical to the war time German item.

    I don't think so at the moment unless it is from a well known pottery firm then it will have its normal colectable value.

    It is a period of history that is gone though so maybe in the future there may be interest.

    I only picked it up as a curiosity.
